Baked Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 strips bacon, cooked (save 3 Tbsp. fat)
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 1/2 c. milk
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    6 medium potatoes, cooked and diced
    1 1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs
Preparation
    Put fat in saucepan.
    Blend in flour, salt, pepper and mustard.
    Add milk; boil 1 minute.
    Remove from heat.
    Blend in mayonnaise.
    Add potatoes and onion.
    Break up bacon and blend in. Put in 2-quart casserole dish.
    Top with crumbs.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Serves up to 10.
