Pumpkin Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. white sugar
2/3 c. pumpkin
1 tsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Beat eggs for five minutes until fluffy.
Add sugar.
Stir in pumpkin and lemon juice.
Mix together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and salt.
Mix with pumpkin mixture. This will be thin.
Pour on greased and floured cookie sheet. Sprinkle finely chopped nuts on top.
Bake 15 minutes at 375\u00b0. While baking take clean dish towel and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Turn cake with nut side down.
Roll up with towel until cool.
Unroll and spread with filling and reroll without towel.
