Marinade For London Broil Or Flank Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. salad oil
    3/4 c. Kikkoman lite soy sauce
    1/4 c. lite Worcestershire sauce
    2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. wine vinegar
    2 cloves garlic or 1 tsp. garlic powder
    1/3 c. lemon juice
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients for marinade.
    Put meat in shallow dish.
    Pour marinade over the meat.
    Refrigerate and let set for 8 hours, turning at least once during this time.
    Remove meat from marinade and grill according to preference.
    Yields 2 3/4 cups.
