Pretending-To-Be-Red Cabbage Slaw From Northwoods Inn - cooking recipe

1/2 head red cabbage
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
3 Tbsp. sugar
4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. paprika, red pepper or chili powder
Preparation

Shred cabbage so it is irregular, with some fine and some coarse shreds.
Place in bowl with oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, seasoned salt, pepper, onion powder and paprika.
Mix well.
