Pennsylvania Dutch Cottage Cheese Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. lemon rind, grated
    pie crust
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    2 eggs, separated
Preparation
    Combine cottage cheese, sugar, flour, salt, lemon rind and spices.
    Add beaten egg yolks and mix thoroughly.
    Add milk gradually and stir until smooth.
    Fold in beaten egg whites
    and pour into 9-inch pastry-lined pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0
    for 1 hour.
