Corn Spoon Bread Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1 stick melted margarine
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can creamed corn
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can whole kernel corn
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix or Martha White mix
1 c. sour cream
Preparation

Beat the eggs and add all the other ingredients.
Mix thoroughly.
Bake, uncovered, for 30 to 35 minutes at an oven temperature of 375\u00b0, or until firm and nicely browned.
Serves 6 to 8.
