Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 to 2 1/2 lb.) whole chicken
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    1/2 to 2/3 c. green onion, chopped
    2 c. red seedless grapes, halved
    1 c. sliced almonds
    1 c. mayonnaise
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Boil chicken; debone.
    Cut chicken into bite sized chunks. Add chopped celery.
    Add chopped green onion.
    Add grapes.
    Add almonds.
    Add mayo.
    Add more or less to get desired texture and taste.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Serve on warm croissants.
