Salmon Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can Alaskan salmon
    3 slices bread, torn into small pieces
    1/3 c. finely minced onion
    1/4 c. milk
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. minced parsley
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. each: salt and dill weed
    dash of pepper
    flour (optional)
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Drain salmon, reserving 2 tablespoons liquid; flake.
    Combine all ingredients, except flour and oil; mix well.
    Shape into 6 patties.
    Coat with flour, if desired.
    Pan-fry on both sides in oil until golden brown.
    Makes 6 servings.
