Green Chile And Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 large pods green chiles
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    5 Tbsp. butter
    4 eggs
    1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 c. cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Place
    alternate
    layers of chile and cheese in greased baking dish.
    Leave
    enough
    cheese to sprinkle on top.
    Beat eggs, milk
    and
    salt.
    Pour over chile.\tTop with cheese and buttered crumbs.
    Bake 45 minutes in slow oven.
