Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 to 1 tsp. ginger
3/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/3 c. evaporated milk
1 pastry shell
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Combine pumpkin, sugar, salt and spices.
Add eggs and milk; mix well.
Pour into pastry shell. Bake for 50 minutes or until a knife inserted halfway between center and outer edge comes out clean.
Let cool about 1 hour before cutting.
Serve with real whipping cream.
