Fruited Acorn Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium acorn squash
    3/4 c. canned crushed pineapple in juice, drained
    3/4 c. chopped orange
    4 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Cut each squash in half crosswise; remove and discard seeds. Place squash halves, cut side down, in a 15 x 10 x 1-inch jelly roll pan, lightly coated with vegetable cooking spray.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
