Dutch Funnel Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    2/3 c. milk
    1 1/3 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cornstarch
    1/8 tsp. cinnamon
    oil for deep frying
    confectioners sugar
Preparation
    Blend egg and milk in a bowl; add next 6 dry ingredients and mix well.
    Heat 1 1/2 inches of oil to 375\u00b0 in skillet.
    Pour batter into funnel with 1/2-inch spout; drizzle batter into hot oil in 6-inch spirals.
    Deep fry for 1 1/2 minutes or until golden brown on both sides.
    Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
