Western Stripteasers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium potatoes, peeled
3 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. shredded American cheese
1/4 c. chopped parsley
1 small can evaporated milk
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Line pan with foil.
Slice potatoes as for French fries. Arrange in baking pan.
Dot with butter.
Sprinkle with cheese and half the parsley.
Pour in milk.
Bake covered with foil at 425\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Sprinkle with remaining parsley.
Season with salt and pepper.
