Grilled Halibut With Pesto - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. loosely packed basil leaves
1 garlic clove, peeled
1/4 c. pine nuts
2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. plus 2 Tbsp. olive oil
4 small halibut steaks (about 6 oz. each)
Preparation

To make pesto, in bowl of food processor combine basil, garlic, pine nuts, Parmesan cheese, 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper.
Process until smooth.
With the machine running, slowly pour in 1/3 cup oil.
Transfer pesto to a small bowl; cover and set aside at room temperature.
