Kraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained and chopped
1/2 c. pimento
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. carrots, shredded
Preparation

Heat together sugar, vinegar and oil.
Pour over combined vegetables.
Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
Very good and colorful.
