Pork And Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. pork loin, cut into thin strips
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 c. chicken broth
    4 small onions, chopped
    1 small bunch broccoli, cut in small pieces
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    4 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 c. water
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 lb. egg noodles (any kind)
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute pork, onions, garlic and broccoli until browned.
    Add broth, season with salt and pepper.
    Simmer for 12 to 15 minutes. Blend soy sauce, cornstarch and water.
    Add to saucepan.
    Stir until sauce thickens.
    Cook noodles al dente; drain.
    Serve sauce over hot noodles.
    Serves 6.
