Mock Lobster Newburg - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fish fillet
    2 cans cream of shrimp soup
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1/2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    30 Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation
    Place fish in casserole dish.
    Sprinkle with salt and lemon juice.
    Heat undiluted soup and pour over fish. Bake uncovered at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Blend remaining ingredients together and sprinkle over fish.
    Bake 10 to 15 minutes more.
