Pavlova Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 egg whites
pinch of salt
pinch of cream of tartar
1 c. sugar
2 rounded Tbsp. cornstarch
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Beat the egg whites with the salt and cream of tartar.
Slowly beat in the sugar, cornstarch and lemon juice.
Pour into spring-form pan lined with wax paper.
Bake 30 minutes at 300\u00b0, 30 minutes at 250\u00b0 and 90 minutes at 200\u00b0.
It is important to follow this method completely.
Leave in oven overnight.
