Spinach Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box Jiffy cornmeal muffin mix
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 eggs
    1 oleo, melted
    6 oz. cottage cheese
    1 medium onion, grated
    1 10 oz. box frozen spinach, drain and chopped, squeeze out liquid
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0. In bowl mix all ingredients together and pour into a greased 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Bake for about 30 minutes until done.
