Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. butter or oleo
    1 c. light corn syrup
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 eggs
    1 c. pecans
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 uncooked pie shell (9-inch)
Preparation
    Cream sugar and butter; add syrup, salt and vanilla and beat well.
    Beat in eggs, one at a time; add pecans.
    Pour into pie shell and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until knife comes out clean.
