Indonesian Spice Chicken(Also Good With Pork Chops) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. crushed dried red pepper
    1 tsp. ground ginger
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) fryer chicken, cut up
Preparation
    Combine onion, garlic, oil, lemon juice, red pepper, ginger and black pepper.
    Place chicken into plastic bag in deep bowl. Add marinade.
    Tie bag closed.
    Refrigerate several hours.
    Drain and reserve marinade.
    Pat chicken dry.
    Place on grill, bone side down over medium hot coals.
    Grill 30 to 35 minutes.
    Turn often and brush with marinade.
    (May be baked in 350\u00b0 oven until meat is tender.
    I leave marinade with meat when baking in oven.)
