Microwave Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. margarine, melted
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
2 1/2 to 3 lb. fryer, cut up
salt and pepper
paprika
Preparation

Combine first 2 ingredients in pie pan.
Melt margarine; stir in garlic powder.
Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper.
Dip in garlic/margarine mixture.
Roll in crumbs.
Sprinkle in paprika. Arrange in 12 x 8 x 2-inch dish.
Cover with wax paper.
Microwave on High 8 to 10 minutes.
Rearrange chicken (do not turn).
Cover. Cook on High 8 to 12 minutes until done.
