Banana Cake Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 eggs, beaten
2 c. sugar
6 mashed bananas (very ripe)
1 c. butter, melted
2 tsp. soda, dissolved in 1 Tbsp. water
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. nutmeg
3 1/2 c. flour
1 large pinch of salt
1 c. raisins
1 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Beat the eggs until light and fluffy.
Add sugar and beat again.
Add the melted butter and stir vigorously.
Add mashed bananas and soda.
Sift together dry ingredients and fold into batter.
Dust the raisins and chopped nuts with a little flour and add to mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 55 minutes.
Let cool and spread hot Vanilla Glaze over top of cake.
