Lemon Meringue Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    4 Tbsp. cornstarch
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 c. boiling water
    3 eggs, separated
    1/4 c. lemon juice and the grated lemon rind
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    In top of double boiler, mix sugar, cornstarch, flour and salt. Add slowly the boiling water, stirring to mix well.
    Place over the double boiler pan; cook for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Slightly beat egg yolks; add grated rind and juice. Add slowly to cooked mixture and continue cooking for about 3 minutes.
    Do not overcook.
    Remove from heat; set aside and add 1 tablespoon butter.
    Cover with meringue after pouring in already baked shell.
    Make meringue of 3 egg whites (beaten stiff).
    Add gradually the sugar and salt.
    Bake meringue covered pie for about 15 minutes in 320\u00b0 oven.
