Crock-Pot Beef Burgundy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. stewing beef in 1-inch pieces
    1 can undiluted cream of mushroom soup
    2 cans mushroom stems and pieces
    1 c. Burgundy wine
    1 large onion, sliced, thinned and separated
    salt and pepper to taste
    parsley to taste
Preparation
    Pour all ingredients into crock-pot and cook on medium (300\u00b0) for approximately 4 hours.
    Serve over noodles.
    Serves 4.
