Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. long-grain rice (uncooked)
2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
1 envelope onion soup mix
1 c. milk
6 chicken breast halves
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Spread rice in lightly greased baking dish.
Combine soup and soup mix until smooth.
Spoon half mixture over rice.
Top with chicken, meaty side up, and add salt and pepper.
Add remaining mixture over chicken.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Serves 6.
