Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. butter or oleo
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. ground cinnamon
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    In large bowl, cream the 3/4 cup sugar and oleo with a wooden spoon.
    Beat in the egg and vanilla.
    Add flour, salt, baking soda and cream of tartar.
    Stir until well mixed.
    Combine the 2 tablespoons sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
    Shape dough into 1-inch balls and roll in the sugar-cinnamon mixture.
    Place balls 2-inches apart on greased cookie sheet.
    Bake 8 to 10 minutes.
