Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Mazola oil (makes it very moist)
    2 1/2 c. cake flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. cocoa
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 oz. red food coloring
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Beat well.
    Bake in well-greased and floured cake pans.
    May use two or three layers. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
