Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 medium onion, chopped
    1 stalk celery with leaves
    3 tsp. chili powder
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt or to taste
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. catsup
    dash or 2 Worcestershire
    1 can tomato puree
    1 can tomatoes
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook ground beef in 2 tablespoons oil until all the red is gone, then add onions.
    Saute for about 10 minutes.
    Do not brown. Add remaining ingredients, except Parmesan cheese.
    Cook not less than 2 hours.
    Just before serving, add cheese and stir.
    Serve over spaghetti noodles.
