Baked Lemon Walleye - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. walleye
1 c. seasoned dry bread crumbs
1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
2 tsp. grated lemon peel
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation

Cut fish in serving pieces.
Place in a greased baking pan. Combine remaining ingredients; sprinkle over fish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
