Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. ground sausage
1 box original Uncle Ben's rice
1 carton half and half
1 jar mushrooms
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 small jar pimento

Preparation

Fully cook rice; add mushrooms and pimento.
Brown sausage; add to rice mixture.
Add cream soup.
Pour in empty can 3/4 full of half and half; mix thoroughly.
Cook at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Top with Ritz crackers.
