Braised Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. bacon fat
    2 lb. cut up stew beef
    3 large onions, sliced
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. ketchup
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    In Dutch oven pan, melt bacon fat and fry onions lightly.
    Add meat.
    When meat is browned, add remaining ingredients.
    Pour 2 cups of boiling water over this.
    Cover and simmer 1 1/2 hours. The meat comes out very tender with a nice brown gravy.
