Quick Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1/4 c. low calorie mayonnaise
    1/2 c. nonfat buttermilk
    vegetable cooking spray
Preparation
    Mix the first 3 ingredients.
    Stir just until moistened. Spray muffin tins with cooking spray.
    Fill with batter.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes or until browned.
