Berdenes Olive Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chuck roast
    1 c. onion chopped
    small can tomato sauce
    small can sliced mushrooms
    1/2 c. water
    3/4 c. salad olives
Preparation
    Brown chuck roast and onion in a little oil or shortening. Add rest of the ingredients cover and cook slow for about 3 hours.
