Chocolate Satin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate bits
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. sugar
pinch of salt
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Heat first 4 ingredients on low heat until all blended. Remove from heat and add 4 egg yolks, one at a time.
Add 1 teaspoon vanilla.
Fold in 4 beaten egg whites.
Pour in cooled pie shell.
Serve at room temperature with whipped cream.
