Smoked Oyster Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. minced onions
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
2 to 3 cans smoked oysters, drained
Preparation

Prepare the day ahead.
Mix together the first 5 ingredients. Press on foil; spread to about 1/3-inch thickness.
Should measure approximately 5 x 10-inches.
Refrigerate several hours.
Chop the drained oysters.
Spread along center of cheese mixture.
Roll up jell-roll style.
Sprinkle with parsley flakes.
Wrap and refrigerate overnight.
Serve with wafers or any other crackers.
