Mississippi Riverboat Apricot Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (No. 2 1/2) can apricots, cut up
    1 (No. 2 1/2) can crushed pineapple
    1 large Philadelphia cream cheese
    2 small pkg. orange jello
    3/4 c. miniature marshmallows
    2 c. hot water
    1 c. fruit juice
    1/2 cup sugar
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. remaining juice
    3/4 c. grated cheese
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 c. whipped cream
Preparation
    Cook sugar, flour, egg and juice over low heat.
    Add butter; cool.
    Fold in whipped cream and spread on jello.
    Top with grated cheese.
