Chefs Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 slices deli turkey, cut in strips
3 slices boiled deli ham, cut in strips
1/4 c. celery, chopped
1 c. potatoes, cooked, peeled and diced
1 Tbsp. onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped
2 Tbsp. low-fat dressing or Heart-Wise mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. prepared mustard
dash of salt
Preparation

Mix first 6 ingredients together.
Combine and add dressing, mustard and salt.
Mix lightly; cover and chill.
Serve over lettuce and garnish with tomato wedges, olives, sliced mushrooms and sliced beets.
