Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. whole milk
c. pet milk
3 Tbsp. cocoa
2 heaping Tbsp. flour
dash salt
1 tsp. vanilla
3 egg yolks
1/2 stick oleo
Preparation

Mix flour sugar, salt and cocoa. Add egg yolks and a little milk. Mix until it is smooth. Add remainder of milk and cook on medium high. Add oleo and constantly stir the mixture until it is thick and bubbles. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Pour in baked pie shell. Beat egg whites until stiff peak forms. Add 5 Tbsp sugar and beat again until stiff peak forms. Bake at 350 degrees or until golden brown.
