Tarragon Peas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pkg. green peas
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. dried tarragon
    1/4 c. cream
Preparation
    Cover peas with a little water and cook until crisp-tender and still a bright green.
    Do not overcook.
    Drain and add butter, salt, sugar and tarragon to the pan.
    Toss gently.
    Pour cream over the peas; heat through and serve.
    Serves 6 to 8.
