Dorothy'S Golden Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. yellow squash
    1 large onion
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Boil squash and mash.
    Saute onion in vegetable oil and add broth to squash.
    Season with salt, pepper and sugar to taste. Place in casserole and cover with grated cheese.
    Cook medium oven until cheese is melted and boiling.
