Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 medium size squash
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/4 c. green pepper
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 stick butter
1 tsp. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. grated cheese
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
Preparation

Slice squash; cook in small amount of water until tender. Drain and mash.
Add all other ingredients, except half the cheese and cracker crumbs.
Put in casserole dish.
Sprinkle rest of cheese and crackers on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
