King Pou Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. sesame oil
    1/4 tsp. peanut oil
    1 tsp. rice vinegar
    1 tsp. honey
    1 Tbsp. minced ginger root
    1/2 c. scallions, chopped
    2 minced garlic cloves
    1 Tbsp. tamari (soy sauce or teriyaki)
    1 Tbsp. arrowroot powder (cornstarch)
    3 c. cubed chicken breast
Preparation
    Heat oils in wok and stir-fry chicken until tender and set aside.
    Stir-fry scallions and garlic until tender (2 or 3 minutes).
    Add vinegar, honey and ginger.
    In separate bowl, blend arrowroot and tamari (soy sauce).
    Add soy mixture to wok and stir until thickened.
    Add back the chicken.
    Coat chicken and serve over brown rice.
