Christmas Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. salad oil
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
2 c. grated zucchini
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt

Preparation

Beat together the first 4 ingredients.
Add nuts and zucchini. Combine the rest; stir gently into the zucchini mixture.
Bake in 2 loaf pans that are pregreased and floured at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
