Corn Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. fresh corn, cut off the cob or frozen corn, thawed
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 c. milk
    2 egg yolks, lightly beaten
    2 egg whites, beaten to soft peaks
    1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    In mixing bowl, stir together the corn, flour, sugar, salt, pepper and milk. Fork in beaten egg yolks, then fold in beaten whites. Pour into a buttered 1-quart casserole. Dot top with butter. Bake, uncovered, in a moderate oven (350\u00b0) for about 45 to 50 minutes just until middle is set.
