Old Fashioned Egg Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
2 heaping Tbsp. flour
4 eggs
3 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
nutmeg
Preparation

Mix sugar, flour and eggs; beat until fluffy.
Add milk and vanilla.
Beat well and pour into unbaked pie crust.
Sprinkle with nutmeg.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake for 45 to 50 minutes.
This makes two 9-inch pies.
