Beef Balls Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 lb. ground beef
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    4 tsp. steak sauce
    1/3 c. dry bread crumbs
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. oleo
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 can sliced mushrooms
    2 tsp. beef bouillon powder
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Lightly toss first 6 ingredients.
    Shape into 18 meat balls. Brown in oleo.
    Reduce heat and simmer 8 minutes.
    Remove meat balls.
    In pan drippings, saute onion and drained mushrooms. Remove from heat.
    Stir in mushroom soup.
    Add meat balls.
    Simmer until thoroughly cooked.
    Stir in sour cream.
    Cook stirring over low heat for 3 minutes.
    Serve over rice.
