Crab-Mushroom Sauce For Pasta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    1/2 lb. mushrooms or more
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. fresh oregano
    dash of pepper
    2 c. half and half (whipping cream)
    6 to 8 oz. crab
    1/4 c. butter
    Parmesan cheese
    parsley
Preparation
    Saute in butter the onion, garlic and mushrooms.
    Add flour, salt, oregano and pepper.
    Mix well.
    Add half and half and cook until thickened.
    Add crab; heat thoroughly.
    Serve over your favorite pasta with Parmesan cheese and parsley.
    Serves 4.
