Chicken Vegetable Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. diced, cooked chicken
    3 1/2 to 4 c. hot seasoned mashed potatoes
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 1/2 to 2 c. diced, cooked carrots, drained
    1 c. cooked peas
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
    Brown onions in butter.
    Add flour and brown lightly to make a sauce.
    Add milk and stir well. Add diced chicken, peas and carrots.
