Creamy Mushroom Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 c. water
    1 (3 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 1/3 c. Minute rice
    1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Combine water, mushrooms, butter and bouillon cubes in a saucepan.
    Bring to a boil, stir in rice.
    Remove from heat; cover and let stand 5 minutes.
    Stir in sour cream and serve at once. Makes 4 servings.
